Registration FAQ

What's the Refund Policy?

Full refunds will be available until April 22, 2017. From April 23 until May 6, 50% of the registration fees will be available for refunds. After May 7 no refunds will be available.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. You just need to bring a valid piece of ID.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes. You can update your registration information until May 12. Please contact wdafs2017.register@gmail.com for help.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes. Please contact wdafs2017.register@gmail.com to transfer a registration fee.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

If you would like to transfer your registration fee to another person please contact wdafs2017.register@gmail.com. If you are registering another person, please add their name to the question “What name would you like displayed on your name tag?” on the second page of the registration process.

I am an undergraduate student. Is there an option to volunteer at the meeting to cover the registration fees?

Yes. If you are currently enrolled as an undergraduate student you may have your registration fees waived in exchange for volunteering for 4 hours at the meeting. You still must register for the meeting prior to attending. Please contact wdafs2017.register@gmail.com for instructions on how register or with any questions about this process.
