Information for Vendors

Trade Show booths include an 8′ x 8′ space with a 6’ skirted table, one chair, one standard 110-volt electrical outlet and internet. In addition, registration for one person is included in this fee. All other attendees to the meeting (even if just attending the trade show) will need to register through the meeting (available starting February 21, 2017) registration site.

  • Commercial: $1,000 per booth
  • Crafters: $450 per booth
  • Nonprofit: $650 per booth

Space will be assigned on a first paid, first served basis.

Exhibitors can ship directly to the University of Montana
